The Blackrock Estates POA requires that all lot owners submit an application for architectural review prior to beginning any construction. This includes clearing your lot. The review process ensures we maintain the neighborhood in accordance with the established covenants.

We have 3 community wells that you may tap into. There is an associated fee for this outlined in the ARC guidelines. You can also drill your own well. Historically we’ve used Sam Davis Well Drilling (706) 782-3782.

We have a Slack workspace. Slack is a chat application similar to Microsoft Teams. Reach out to one of the board members for an invitation.
